Mobile Phone Contract- Conditions

• A deposit of 150€ will be charged to insure the monthly payment.
• The client  must complete the minimum period of stay established by the mobile company (18 months for Amena, 12 for the rest)
• If you choose to terminate the contract before that time, you´ll have the following options:

• Pay the minimal monthly payment, in the cheapest plan the mobile company offers for the rest of the months left until you finish your period of stay. You´ll lose your number and will have to return the phone, if you got it from Porlared.
• Pay the fine the mobile company established for breaking a contract before time. (150€ for Amena).
• In addition to the payment to the mobile company, indicated in its invoice, the amount of 13€+VAT per month will be charged by Porlared, or if you choose to receive a new phone, you´ll have to give us your old one or pay 15€ + VAT .
• The phone offered for free will vary depending on the mobile company and its offers, but will normally be of the newest models.
  The client, when his period of stay is over will keep her mobile.
• The SIM will be restricted to 150 € of calls, after which it will be blocked for outgoing calls.
• The payment will be charged on the 10th of each month, from the client´s bank account or through an online paying method. The client will make sure that his account situation allows the successful charge.
  If the charge bounces, the SIM card will be blocked immediately, until the debt is settled.
• In case of mobile theft, the client will immediately call the mobile company to block his SIM and will be uniquely responsible to pay the stolen consumption.
  The new mobile offered will be of lesser quality according to the mobile company conditions.
